How quickly can it start?

Fast. As a rule, the first tasks can be hired within a few days, but we have also managed this on the same day. All we have to do is sign the contract together and allocate a suitable lead designer.

Can you work in our PM tools (Jira,Teams etc) ?

Yes, our Teams Leads adapt to your processes. That's what sets us apart from traditional agencies.

Can all employees involved have access to the design board?

We don't do things by halves. Everyone who needs access will get access. Your whole team is welcome!

How quickly can you implement it?

Fast. If there are no queries, we start work within a few hours. Simpler tasks or small adjustments, e.g. following feedback, are often completed immediately. You also have the option of specifying a (usually internal) deadline. This also makes planning easier for us.

How much lead time do you need for a task?

Smaller tasks can often be completed on the same day. For larger tasks, such as preparing a display ad campaign or creating a video, we recommend allowing 1-2 weeks to have enough time for the conception and coordination with you.

Can you work with our designers?

Yes, many customers expand their design team with our help, either to cover the peaks flexibly or to supplement missing skills.

Do we get the source files?

Absolutely! No matter whether designs are created in Indesign, Illustrator, Figma or with other tools: we always share the source files. So you can use them as templates or customize them to your heart's content.

Is the number of reviews limited?

We will continue working until everything is perfect and you are completely satisfied. If you would like to discuss certain aspects in person, you can set up a video call with the lead designer at any time.

Can the tasks be estimated in advance?

Depending on your wishes, we can always estimate larger tasks in advance and obtain the green light before implementation begins. For smaller or urgent tasks, experience has shown that better results are achieved when we work together in an agile manner on a basis of trust.

I have special requirements, what can you cover?

We have many designers with very different skills and can therefore cover a very broad spectrum of creative services. Just ask us and we will always find a solution together!

How do you make sure you always stay on brand?

In addition to the wiki area of your design board, where you can store your brand guidelines, you will be assigned a lead designer who will accompany you in the long term. Even if other designers will solve subtasks, the lead designer will personally accept each assignment and check the quality of the results. This way, the team will quickly get the hang of things and know what is important to you and what you need to pay attention to.

How do you ensure that certain account concepts are adhered to across several tasks (e.g. preparation of major events)?

This is where our Lead Designer plays the role of concept guardian. He oversees all your tasks personally and is also able to coordinate larger projects. This ensures continuity and consistency, no matter how complex the project is.

How is quality controlled and continuously maintained?

Usually, the lead designer, who will look after you in the long term, takes care of the tasks themselves at the beginning. If your order volume increases, he will bring in other designers from his virtual team over time and distribute tasks. Nevertheless, he will accept all tasks himself and check the quality at the end before the results are sent to you. By the way, we also have projects where the lead designer takes over quality control for the client's permanent designers - that's what we call an upgrade!

How is billing done?

We focus on simplicity - we charge by the hour. Every time results are uploaded to a task, the Lead Designer updates the hours that have been incurred so far. This gives you a complete overview of the task-based and total costs at all times. At the end of the month you will receive an invoice from us. No hidden fees, you only pay for what you need.

We also offer discounts for booking certain hourly quotas.

Is there a minimum purchase?

Quality is important to us, which is why our approach does not work with small, one-off tasks. We are most effective if you can allocate us a certain quota of tasks on an annual average. The limit is individual and flexible, so let's talk about it. As a rough rule of thumb, if we don't get to 20 hours per month, we're probably not the perfect match.

How can unplanned costs be avoided?

We focus on transparency and clear agreements. You always have a daily overview of the costs incurred since the last invoice in your design board. In addition, we can make agreements, for example, to introduce an additional "go" if a task is expected to exceed a certain number of hours/person days. We make sure that you always have your costs under control.
